Today we had our physical efficiency test,that too at 6.30 in the morning.I am always an excetion,I woke up only at 6.30 am,got ready as fast as I could and was running towards the lower ground as fast as I can...We had 100m race,high jump and short put...Phew..!!!!I was 1st among the girls in 100m race and also in high jump(all of them were astonished..!!!).Then we had to run for our Stats practical viva..Our professor didn't ask me anything..He just saw my copy,asked what question did I get in my practical examination and then asked me to leave... :O :O
Now I am preparing for my dissertation work..God can only save me,as I don't know what to do...

Physical efficiency test...
"Pratiti" is a Sanskrit word-meaning Understanding,Belief,Confidence,Assurance..The name has been given to me by my mother and I think that my name is very much apt for me....So here I am,your friend,confidante or whatever you want me to be in your life.....I promise my support to you all,only if you allow me to be just myself.....

Oh no..!!!Sems are just round the corner and I still haven't started studying yet..What will I do???I hate giving exams...Since 3 years of age,I am going on giving exams till my 22 years of age...How many more?????
Added to that,the mercury level in Dhanbad don't seem to dip even by 1mm...!!!Instead it has sweared to rise as much as it can creating problems for us poor students..I'm just not able to concentrate on my studies as it's just SO HOT....So concentrating on studies is not possible..My mind starts concentrating on the drops of perspiration that start forming all over my body as soon as I sit down to study...
As usual,today I went to Hirapur to my student's home as she had some problems with her Physics tuition,and as usual after returning I thought I would be studying for my dissertation but unfortunately as soon as I connect the LAN wire with my lappy I forget all other works that I need to do.... ;) ;) ;)

Missing Kolkata..
Missing Kolkata like anything...I should have gone to IIT Kgp as it would have been so near my home...I could have gone home at every weekend...But going home from Dhanbad--my gawd..!!!Moreover this unbearable heat,it's just taking a toll on my health as well as my mind....
Yes I accept there is high humidity in Kolkata but still the weather becomes pleasant in the evening whereas here in Dhanbad,the weather's neither pleasant nor any cool breeze blows...What is always here is the intolerable loo....Just roasting us alive....
On Saturday me and Sata went to buy trunks for ourselves in the afternoon in the glaring sun...Thank god I remembered to buy a scarf & hand gloves for myself....Else going out in daylight is next to impossible in Dhanbad.....

Getting roasted alive..!!!!
As the topic suggests,I am just being roasted alive here in Dhanbad where the mercury has just crossed the 40 degree C mark..It's just IMPOSSIBLE to live here anymore with the mercury rising & rising with no signs of dipping or with no signs of condensed water vapor i.e "clouds" in the "bright sunny" sky.... :( :( :( :(
Added to this unbearable heat we have to bear our CR's torture as to where we will be doing our summer training....Whoof..!!!!God knows where he will send us for that....
My guide for dissertation is just barking into our ears to complete the job allotted to us within 23rd April,which is an IMPOSSIBLE FEAT again with the end sems knocking on the door...As usual,I haven't started my preparations yet while everyone else has started,completed & has started revising again...!!!Baapre...!!!Ki je hobe amar ke jane.....!!!
